This hotel offers great value for money with spacious rooms and attention to detail. The location is ideal, situated near beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants like El Bazar and Warung Flora. The staff provides excellent service and there are basic amenities such as a TV with many channels and a bathtub in the big bathroom.
No issues, everything was satisfactory.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the friendliness of the staff. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and nearby great restaurants like El bazar or Warung Flora. Also, it was conveniently located near the airport, which gave me more time to enjoy my stay. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, offered with excellent service.
Nothing to complain about at all.

We had a lovely experience staying at a hotel conveniently located near a mosque, great restaurants such as El Bazar and Warung Flora, and the center of Kuta. the staff was friendly and helpful, and our spacious and modern room was very clean. the breakfast menu had a variety of options, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool before heading out to nearby magical beaches.
The nearby bar plays loud music until late at night, which can be a disturbance for those staying near the front of the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. The hotel was close to many restaurants and shops, which made getting around easier. The staff was always helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and free of charge. The spacious rooms were kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service that was offered.
Lack of instructions for the safe. We had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the safe and had to ask for assistance, which took some time.

The hotel offers great value for money with spacious villas, a private pool, and a big bathroom with a bathtub. The staff provides excellent service, and there are many TV channels to choose from. When staying at this hotel, you'll also enjoy a delicious breakfast to start your day.
No improvements necessary, everything was perfect.
